INSTRUMENTS

The most common instruments which are used in traditional Norwegian folk music are the ordinary violin, the hardingfele, and various types of accordions. Less common but increasingly popular are the munnharpe, langeleik, seljefløyte, tussefløyte and sjøfløyte, lur, and bukkehorn.
